International recruiter

Opportunity to work in an international environment and as part of a friendly and quality focused HR team in a fast paced environment.

You will be co-ordinating recruitment campaigns and the entire recruitment lifecycle whilst collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (HR Advisors, campus hiring teams, recruitment agencies etc.). You will be the main point of contact for our new starters and passionate about making them feel welcome at the BSN, as well as handling the onboarding process for both local and international hires, including arranging for work permits,

Job Requirements

• Minimum of three year’s work experience as international recruiter
• Education on HR or business at bachelor level
• Experience working in an international organisation in recruitment, preferably with HR experience
• Be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally and travelling between our campuses
• Advanced command of English (and preferably Dutch) language skills both written and verbally
• Strong organisational and computer skills in all Microsoft office systems and comfortable working with ATS and other recruitment related software
• Must be eligible to work within the Netherlands.
